For the safety and thought of our patients and staff, our dentist and all staff members are fully vaccinated. As health care professionals, we believe in science and we continue to follow strict protocols for your safety.

Dear friends, family, and patients,

August 2021

Due to the increasing cases of the COVID-19 Delta Variant, we strongly recommend to continue wearing your mask in our building. Guests are also strongly recommended to keep your mask on during your visit with us. Thank you for understanding and for helping keep the community safe.

After a closer look with KDA and our Kansas Governor, our team is happy and prepared to announce that starting Thursday May 7th, 2020, Smile Craft Family Dentistry, will reopen to serve you.

Thank you all for your support during this difficult time.

Please be informed that as a result of COVID-19, we will enhance a strict protocol as we have updated some of our daily procedures. Therefore, to ensure the safety of all our patients and staff, we have decided on implementing the following changes:

  • Please wear a face mask properly when entering  the building. We appreciate you keeping yourself and others safe.

  • If you are not feeling well and experiencing a fever/have symptoms of greater than 100 degrees, coughing, or shortness of breath, etc. please reschedule immediately.

  • Patient’s temperature will be taken prior to treatment followed by an administered screening and questionnaire form.

  • If needed, only one guest limit if accompanying a minor. Otherwise, our staff will come to your vehicle when we are ready for you.

  • Certain office areas closed off temporarily (waiting area and kids game room).

  • At least six foot distancing.

  • Use of hand sanitizer and hand washing station is always available.

If you are experiencing a dental emergency or need to schedule an appointment with us, please call our office at 316-768-6408 for further instructions.

We remind all patients to continue to thoroughly wash hands frequently, avoid touching their face, practice social distancing, and take any necessary precautions for their health and of others. We recommend staying up-to-date with the CDC and following appropriate guidelines to keep yourself and others as safe as possible.

We appreciate all your support and Smile Craft wishes you all to stay well. We're happy to continue our practice and we cannot wait to see our wonderful patients!

Sincerely,

Smile Craft Family Dentistry
